Find matching tenders
We pull open notices from the National Treasury eTenders feed and keep the ones that match your industries and provinces. Titles are often just codes, so we match on the description.
For South African SMMEs. Vula means open.
See which National Treasury tenders fit your work, what could get you disqualified, and walk away with a pack you can check before you spend money on a bid.
Browsing matches is free. Your first full pack is free. After that, a pack is R399, or R199 / R499 a month. The local copy has 150 open tenders, updated 17 Oct 2026, 20:34.
We pull open notices from the National Treasury eTenders feed and keep the ones that match your industries and provinces. Titles are often just codes, so we match on the description.
A missed briefing, an expired tax PIN, a COIDA letter, or the wrong CIDB grade can end a bid before anyone reads your price. The pack marks what we could see, and what you still need to verify.
Each match gets a plain score. Go means it is worth preparing. Check means read the gaps first. No-go means a requirement or the fit looks wrong.
You get two or three lines you can edit in your own words, plus the dates, the briefing, and the official links. You submit the bid yourself.
We read the notice and, where we can, the tender PDFs. Scanned pages often yield no text. Found means the wording showed up. Verify means you still have to open the official file.
Checkout goes to PayFast. A pack is a once-off payment. Starter and Growth are monthly subscriptions. Credits are added only after PayFast confirms the payment.

Vula Bids does not lodge tenders, hold a briefing seat, or speak to the buyer for you. Notices come from the public eTenders OCDS API. There is no province field on that feed, so the province is inferred from the buyer name and the text. Treat every pack as a head start, then confirm it against the official documents.
